Description

I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist based in Loughborough and have trained to Masters level in a number of different therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centred Approach, and Attachment Theory. Therapy is available in person, via skype, telephone or internet chat. I offer a free first session so that we can meet each other before committing to therapy.
